ABOUT
MEET ANYA
I’m a registered dietitian, yoga teacher and breath facilitator, with a background in NLP.
After more than ten years in my nutrition private practice, I realised that true transformation doesn’t come only from what we eat, but from how we breathe, move and live.
True change begins with presence.
Est-Sens was born from that realisation.
Through yoga, The Breath Café, mentorship, retreats and educational experiences, I create spaces that are less about fixing ourselves and more about remembering how to listen.
Listening to the body.
Listening to the breath.
Listening to the deeper guidance that is always available when we slow down.
My work sits at the intersection of science, lived experience and ancient wisdom traditions. It draws from nutrition, yoga philosophy, breathwork, somatic awareness and the understanding that healing happens when we reconnect with our own inner intelligence.
Est-Sens is an invitation to return to what is essential.
To heal what has been disconnected.
To live with greater awareness and intention.
To grow into the person you are meant to become.
And to remember that the answers we seek are often already within us.
FIND YOUR PERFECT MATCH
Yoga is a return to yourself: a practice of breath, stillness and strength, in the best company: your own.
Classes are kept intentionally small, allowing space for presence, adaptability and a practice that meets you where you are.
* Group class timetable includes pilates classes with another teacher.
Different practices for different needs:
Hatha Yoga
Grounded and steady, focusing on awareness, alignment and strength.
Yin Yoga
Slow and meditative, using longer holds to release tension and calm the nervous system.
Vinyasa Yoga
Fluid and breath-led, where movement flows seamlessly from one posture to the next. Previous experience with yoga asana is recommended.
The Breath Café is a guided pause: a space to stop, breathe and simply BE.
These group sessions combine breathing awareness, gentle practices and shared reflection to support grounding, clarity and nervous system regulation.
In-Person Breath Café
A 90-minute gathering held in small groups. Each session explores a theme through breath, reflection and presence, around something to drink and/or eat.
Online Breath Café
A guided online session offering practical breathing tools you can integrate into daily life. We gather from wherever we are, continuing the practice of presence together.
1:1 Breath Coaching
Individual sessions focused on breathing awareness and presence, tailored to your current needs.
This work supports regulation, clarity and steadiness, especially during periods of stress, transition or overwhelm.
Workshops are themed sessions designed to explore a topic in greater depth (ie. Asana inversions, somatic tools).
They offer space to learn, practice and reflect in a small group setting, through guided exercises, discussion and shared experience.
Workshops may take the form of a single immersive session or a short series.
Online sessions bring the teachings of Est-Sens into your home.
Through live webinars and self-paced courses, you can explore practices and tools that support breathing, movement, nourishment and mindful living.
Designed to be simple and practical, they allow you to learn at your own pace and return to the material whenever you need.
Retreats offer the opportunity to step away from daily life and immerse yourself in practice, reflection and rest.
Over several days, yoga, breathwork and shared moments create space to slow down, reconnect and return with greater clarity and presence.
These small-group experiences are designed to support deeper integration and meaningful renewal.
Mentorship is a dedicated space for reflection, structure and conscious change.
These sessions combine conversation, breath awareness and practical guidance to support clarity and intentional decision-making.
This work is suited for those who want to step back, reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater steadiness.
TESTIMONIAL
I have a better posture now and have learned to develop a feeling of what my body and mind need and how to fulfil those needs. After every session, I feel more at peace with myself and more balanced.”
