I’m a registered dietitian, yoga teacher and breath facilitator, with a background in NLP.
After more than ten years in my nutrition private practice, I realised that true transformation doesn’t come only from what we eat, but from how we breathe, move and live.
True change begins with presence.

Classes are kept intentionally small, allowing space for presence, adaptability and a practice that meets you where you are.

Grounded and steady, focusing on awareness, alignment, and strength.
Yin Yoga
Slow and meditative, using longer holds to release tension and calm the nervous system.

The Breath Cafe is a guided pause. A space to pause, breathe and be.
These group sessions combine gentle breathing awareness, reflection and shared presence to support grounding, clarity and nervous system regulation.
